I was looking at the 2nd video of regulation of body fluids osm and noticed that you showed that in the absence of ADH the corticopapillary gradient still reaches 1200 mOsm/L at the tip of the papilla. This is not the case. ADH also works by increasing solute delivery into the medulla by increasing activity of NKCC2 in TAL (increasing NaCl delivery) and UTA1 in IMCD (increasing urea delivery).
