The International Society of Nephrology (ISN) has designated the Renal Fellow Network as an ISN web favorite. The contributors to the RFN are proud of this designation and plan on continuing this wonderful resource for nephrology fellows (and anyone interested in kidney diseases) in the US and around the world.
I totally agree with this ISN move. I think we all have learnt so much from this blog. I followed it closely with Nat blogged it. Infact, most of Board preparation was through this blog. Thanks and keep it up TR
